Every POLARDIP Cold Plunge Tub is covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

What's Covered

• Seam or weld failures under normal use
• Leaks caused by manufacturing defects in the liner or drain valve
• Defective zips, poles, or structural components
• Insulation layer delamination

What's Not Covered

• Punctures, cuts, or abrasion damage from sharp objects or rough surfaces
• Damage from misuse, improper storage (e.g. folding while wet long-term), or modification
• Normal cosmetic wear (fading, minor scuffs)
• Freeze damage from leaving water in the tub in sub-zero conditions
• Accessories are covered for 6 months (thermometer, swim cap, filter bag)

How to Make a Claim

1. Email support@getpolardip.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.
2. We respond within 24 hours. Most claims are resolved from photos alone — no need to ship anything back.
3. Valid claims receive a free repair, replacement part, or full replacement unit at our discretion, shipped at no cost to you.

This warranty gives you specific rights in addition to — and never instead of — any statutory rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or state.
