How cold does the water stay?
With 5 layers of insulation and the thermal lid on, the POLARDIP keeps water cold for hours — typically a full day of sessions from one batch of ice, depending on outside temperature.

Is it easy to set up?
Yes — under 2 minutes, no tools. Unfold, lock the poles, fill. It folds flat for storage or travel.

Will I fit? I'm tall.
The tub fits most adults comfortably in a seated position with shoulders submerged. Check the dimensions on the product page — if you're over 6'4" (193cm), contact us and we'll advise honestly whether it's right for you.

What's in the box?
The tub, a thermal lid, a filter bag, and a quick-start guide. The bundle adds a digital thermometer and swim cap.

Can I use it indoors?
Yes — bathrooms, garages, and balconies are all common. Just make sure the floor is flat, can take the weight of a full tub (~300kg+ when filled), and can handle splashes.

Do I need a water chiller?
No. Ice + insulation is the whole system. A chiller is an optional upgrade for heavy daily use.

Using It

How cold and how long should I go?
Beginners: 10–15°C for 1–2 minutes. Build down gradually. 2–5 minutes at 5–10°C is plenty for anyone — more is not better. Full guidance in our How to Use guide.

Is cold plunging safe?
For healthy adults using it sensibly, yes — but it's a real stressor. If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, blood pressure issues, or any medical condition, talk to your doctor before starting. Read the safety section of our How to Use guide first.

How often should I change the water?
Every 1–2 weeks with regular use. Use the filter bag, keep the lid on, and it stays fresh longer.
